Carnivore is NOT Sustainable?! by Natalie E West DCht, IICT

Carnivore is NOT Sustainable?!
Who says? Who even defines "sustainability" Is it 1 year, 5 years or more and by the way no one is forcing anyone to eat this way - it's a CHOICE.
It's 5 years for me which is pretty sustainable, right?
But who's behind this narrative, and why should we believe it? It's time to challenge this misconception head-on.
Thanks to pioneers like Dr. Shawn Baker and Dr Anthony Chaffee the carnivore diet has gained significant attention as a powerful and effective nutritional approach.
Often dismissed as extreme, this way of eating—focused solely on animal products like meat, fish, eggs, and dairy—is far more sustainable than critics would have you believe. Let's dive into why the carnivore diet not only works but thrives as a long-term lifestyle.
It's about reclaiming your health. This approach can lead to profound improvements in both mental and metabolic health.
The carnivore diet's protein content promotes satiety, without carbs spiking your blood sugar, you gain better control over insulin sensitivity—a game-changer for metabolic health. Chronic inflammation is the silent saboteur of health. But with a diet rich in nutrient-dense animal products, there is significant reduction in inflammation, particularly those battling autoimmune diseases or chronic inflammatory conditions.
Contrary to what plant-based advocates claim, grass fed animal products are nutritional powerhouses. Packed with essential vitamins and minerals like B12, iron, zinc, and omega-3s, and nutrients vital for overall health—nutrients that can be hard to find in adequate amounts from plant sources alone.
Let's talk about something the mainstream often overlooks—mental health. Reports of reversal anxiety, depression, bipolar and severe mental health conditions are mounting, and it's time we start listening. It's a shift that's challenging traditional medical and psychological narrative, carnivore offers way more than most would have you believe.
Next time someone sprouts it's not sustainable, get them to ask someone who has transformed their mental and metabolic health.
The results speak for themselves.
