Carnivore Bricks

Easy go to snack or meal. Easy to prep and easy to store. January 2023 is World Carnivore Month. Like many of you I never have enough time in the kitchen. When I eat carnivore, I tend to only eat one meal a day. #OMAD

Unfortunately, this doesn't always mean I have more time to prep my meals. Here is one of my favorite meals to pre-prep and have available in the freezer or fridge. I store these already cooked and in glass storage bowls in the freezer. It is so simple to grab a glass container with 2 Carnivore Bricks toss in your lunch box and enjoy homemade yumminess without any unknown ingredients to derail your eating plan.

This simple 2 ingredient main entrée is great to have on hand. Make them up in batches to have on hand for those super busy days. *hint for an extra special carnivore meal, wrap the carnivore bricks in bacon before baking.


That's it! 2 ingredients and a few spices.

Mix the ground beef, eggs and spices in a bowl and press into silicon molds. These rectangle silicon molds make a great brick shape that's easy to stack and store, but I've used round silicon cups or a regular metal muffin pan with silicone muffin liners.

Bake 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) for 30 minutes
Airfry 375 degrees F ( 190 degrees C) for 20-24 minutes

Optional seasonings:

For all ground meats, try adding crushed pork rinds. Crushed pork rinds add a unique favor that tastes buttery and savory.

If ketovore or if you allow spices on your carnivore way of eating, try adding the following

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried chile flakes

Recommended for ground chicken and ground turkey, any of the above and

  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Store in the fridge and consume within 2-3 days. If it lasts that long. 😊 Or can freeze for a month.
