Is obesity a weight problem?

I will add that obesity is not a lack of willpower problem, obesity is the outcome of an addiction, started and fueled by carbohydrates in an environment that provides the majority of available foods as carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates that are highly manipulated by, well everything, in order to SELL, the mechanical breakdown of whole grains changes the way our intestines hormonally react, grains, are inflammatory no matter what, sugars in all its "natural" and unnatural forms, something like 70 different names/compounds, are added to make foods palatable, preserve them, and addict us, yes addicted, that is the "Sell".

Many people make lots of money by the manipulation of processed foods to trigger the addictive hormonal pathways to keep us buying and eating them, grown produce is manipulated to grow with more sugars.

Carbs are addictive

So yes, someone can be addicted to fruit, whole grains, rice, and sweet potatoes, it is the sugars in them that fuel the addictions, and some people are just more naturally wired to be addicts, and need very little input stimulus.

The irony is that a small percentage of people that are obese have the ability to ever be able to continue to get fatter and fatter, is a biological ability of their fat cells, adipose, to make new cells, as opposed to just enlarging, which allows the carbohydrate intake to be continually stored, without much destruction and inflammation.

Obesity of that sort is the obvious reflection of just how much adipose is necessary to accommodate the toxic levels of input of carbohydrates.

Not everyone has this ability, and indeed the majority of people do not have this ability and suffer metabolic inflammatory outcomes in multiple systems.

So one can be anywhere on the spectrum of thin, to obese, and have metabolic issues, but the very people who have this genetic ability to become ever increasingly obese, usually suffer less the ill metabolic health, but really get fat, 400 pounds ... 700 pounds and more, and suffer more mechanical breakdowns rather than ill metabolism, so in effect, this small percent of the human population is a living biologic reflection of how much fat indeed one needs to keep chronic, and large inputs of carbs from becoming deadly to our metabolism.


Traditionally across our evolution, these people have been regarded in religions as fertility idealizations. And always the one-off in small populations, in an otherwise thin peopled environment.

Being fat is wearing your addiction

Today, however, it is more common to see this extreme obesity, and even more than that, is the regular obesity that is not metabolically pre-dispositioned to have ever-increasing fat cells, most of us, reach the inability of one's own fat cell ability to replicate to lesser, or a larger extent, and those fat cells can only accommodate fat stores with limited ability, and fat is a highly hormonally and immune active tissue, so, we are left with metabolic problems.

Getting fat is a symptom of addiction, specifically carbohydrate addiction and the unwanted awful result of that addiction is one simply wears it for all to see.

Nobody wants their addiction to be so apparent.

Socially acceptable ones like drinking and smoking, and now these past 40+ years of the fattening of what is considered normal. So, addictions are softened and accepted socially.

Keep in mind that thin people too are carbohydrate addicts, their subcutaneous fat is less tolerant to replication and expansion. Often thin people get sicker faster with the spectrum of metabolic disease.

Remember being fat is not the cause of diabetes.
