Keto Desserts

Welcome to my lazy cook's guide to keto desserts! Today, I'm going to share with you four easy-to-make and delicious desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping you on track with your keto diet. Plus, they're all topped with pecans, which means you're getting some healthy fats in there too. So let's get started!

The secret ingredient

What is the secret ingredient you ask? It's a tbsp of Keto Chow powder. I discovered this by accident. It adds sweetness and luscious flavours.

Start by measuring out 100 g (3.5 oz) of frozen strawberries or raspberries. Let them thaw to your desired level of frozen-ness. I like them best when they are still a little frozen. When I am in a hurry, I speed the process up in the microwave.

To make these keto desserts even easier to prepare, I use the Perfect Portions food scale. This scale weighs in grams, ounces, and pounds, making it perfect for any recipe. The smooth, easy-to-clean tempered glass surface also ensures that I can keep my kitchen tidy while cooking up a storm. Plus, with a database of 2000 foods and the ability to customize 99 additional foods, it's the perfect tool for anyone looking to manage their diet with precision. I highly recommend this food scale to anyone looking for an easy and accurate way to measure their ingredients.

Strawberry Pecan Delight

This one is super simple, and you can whip it up in just a few minutes.

Here's what you'll need:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy! If you're feeling fancy, you can layer the ingredients in a glass to make it look extra pretty.

Raspberry Pecan Joy

Similar to the strawberry version but with a chocolate twist.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) raspberries, thawed
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) pecans, chopped
  • 50 g (1.8 oz) whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Keto Chow Core

A quick side note about the new Core formula. It uses dairy-free beef protein, with stevia-sweetened and unsweetened options. It has the same rich chocolate flavour.

Mix everything together in a bowl and enjoy! This one is perfect for when you're craving something chocolatey.

Chocolate Toffee Raspberry Crunch

Moving on to the third dessert, we have a raspberry pecan yogurt dessert. This one is a bit more filling, thanks to the addition of Greek yogurt.

Here's what you'll need:

This dessert is a bit different, as we're adding Greek yogurt to the mix. Don't worry, though - it still fits within the keto guidelines. Mix everything together in a bowl and enjoy! Mix everything together and enjoy the creamy, toffee-flavoured goodness.

Blueberry Pecan Dream

Last but not least, we have a strawberry pecan yogurt dessert. Similar to the raspberry version, but with a blueberry twist.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) strawberries, thawed
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) pecans, chopped
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Blueberry Pie Keto Chow

Mix everything together in a bowl and enjoy! This one is perfect for when you're craving something fruity.

Now, I know what you're thinking - how do I make that whipped cream? Well, fear not, because I have a secret weapon - my trusty Bosch Mixer. With this mixer, whipping cream is a breeze. And the best part? You don't need as much whipped cream as you might think. Because whipped cream has more volume than Greek yogurt, you can get away with using half the amount and still have a satisfying dessert.

These desserts are not only delicious, but they're also versatile. If you don't have keto chow, you can easily substitute unsweetened cocoa powder and a few drops of liquid monkfruit.

And if you want to switch things up, try running the dessert through a food processor and freezing it for a tasty keto-friendly ice cream.

That's it - four easy, delicious, and keto-friendly desserts that are perfect for lazy cooks like me - perfect as an occasional treat.
